We at EveReady Transportation LLC are working to make our site evereadytransportation.com accessible to people with disabilities.

What web accessibility is 

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Terms and Conditions

Booking Changes
For future bookings, changes must be made by contacting us at 407-436-7627 (text) or info.eveready.transportation@gmail.com. We understand plans can change and aim to make rescheduling easy.

Delayed Flight Policy
We understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly, so we want to reassure you that our team is committed to providing you with the best possible experience.
In the event of any flight delays, whether caused by the airline's schedule or weather conditions, rest assured that we will remain in contact with you and stay updated on your new arrival time. Our team will wait for your flight’s arrival and be ready to assist you, ensuring a smooth and comfortable transfer, no matter the delay. There are no extra charges for delays due to the airline's schedule or weather conditions, so you can travel with peace of mind.

Cancellations
Please note it is mandatory to cancel any reservation at least 5 days prior to the first scheduled pick-up time. If the cancellation is not made within the stipulated time or if the passenger fails to show up at the pre-scheduled pickup time, the full fare of all scheduled rides will be forfeited. Thank you for your understanding.

Driver Contact
If you have trouble locating our driver at the airport, please call or text us immediately. We are here to ensure your comfort and confidence throughout your journey.

Ride Day Protocol
On the day of your ride, a 5-minute grace period is allowed at non-airport locations. We also provide time for restroom breaks and stroller pick-ups to ensure your comfort.

Child Seat Policy
Passengers must install/re-install and inspect any child seats provided by EveReady. Our drivers are not permitted to install child seats due to liability issues.

Vehicle Cleanliness
Please avoid consuming food inside the vehicle to maintain a clean environment. A cleaning fee of $300.00 will be imposed for any food or beverage spills. A minimum fee of $500.00 applies for vomit or other bodily fluids inside the vehicles.

Liability and Damages
By paying the invoice, you acknowledge and agree to our waiver of liability. EveReady is not liable for any damages incurred during transit. Passengers are responsible for any damages caused during transit to person and or property.

Photo Usage License Agreement

This Photo Usage License Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between [Client Name or Company Name] ("Client") and EveReady Transportation Services ("EveReady").

Upon full payment of the invoice issued by EveReady to the Client, the Client grants EveReady a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and modify any photographs (the "Photos") provided by the Client to EveReady or taken by any EveReady staff member in connection with services rendered, for any lawful business purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of such Photos in marketing, advertising, promotional materials, social media, websites, and other digital or print media.

This license is granted as part of the services provided by EveReady and is effective upon full payment of the associated invoice. No further compensation shall be owed to the Client for the use of the Photos under this Agreement, as the rights are granted in exchange for the services provided by EveReady, as detailed in the paid invoice.

The Client affirms that they are the rightful owner of any Photos they provide to EveReady, and that any Photos taken by EveReady staff are taken with the Client’s consent. Additionally, the Client affirms that the Photos do not violate the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

This Agreement becomes effective immediately upon EveReady’s receipt of full payment for the associated invoice.
