When I called I was able to speak with Rebecca right away with no hold time. I had also checked with a few other ride services, and the price that Rebecca quoted sounded competitive, so I booked the round trip transportation with them. Zain, my driver, sent me some text updates prior to arriving, then picked me up at right on schedule.
